'UserViews has been with us from the very start of our 'Respect for Dementia' campaign and we are pleased to say that it has made the biggest difference possible! UserViews has been an integral part in the development of the campaign and its key messages through their impeccable organisation and facilitation of discussion groups with our target audience and key stakeholders on what was a very emotive and sensitive subject. They ensured that we were on track and getting the right messages across with the campaign by providing clear, detailed and well documented feedback. The success of the 'Respect for Dementia' campaign is a testament to UserViews doing what they said they would and doing it extremely well, enabling us to develop an awareness campaign that hit the mark'.

'This is the first time we have planned a research programme of this nature. Working with UserViews has made the process easier as we are a small team with limited resources. UserViews deliver professionalism on every level and we have benefitted from their hands-on approach. Working with them has been not only a pleasure but we have been delighted with the first two sets of research conducted by them. We would have no hesitation in recommending their services'.
