Sheringham Medical Practice, Norfolk - 'Patient Satisfaction with the GP Booking System'

The practice introduced a new booking system and wanted to determine if patients were satisfied with it, what they liked best and what they felt could be improved.  UserViews worked with the practice and representatives of their patient participation group to design a survey, which was sent to 1,000 patients who had had recent experience of using the system.  The findings have helped the practice to obtain an independent view of their patients' views and opinions.
